Endoscopy
Endoscopy of the upper gastrointestinal tract allows the physician to see directly the interior and walls of the esophagus, stomach, and the first and second ducts. The Endoscopist or physician who does this has received specialized training in using the endoscope and has acquired the necessary expertise to examine the upper gastrointestinal tract and to evaluate and diagnose inflammatory lesions, bleeding, ulcers, and tumors.
Liver biopsy
Liver biopsy is taking a small amount of liver tissue by using a needle. The purpose of sampling is to examine liver cells and diagnose liver disorders. The liver biopsy is recommended after the initial experiments are made, however a definitive diagnosis way has not been made to determine the cause or condition of the liver.


Colonoscopy
